The Tea Party has changed the direction of American politics.

Although America is still going in the wrong direction with regard to ObamaCare, spending and debt, to mention a few, Tea Party patriots have been effective at slowing the pace.  In some cases, the Tea Party has won significant victories and actually gained some ground.
