Theater of the Absurd in Ferguson

Our country is now the theater of the absurd. The people in Ferguson, MO want the county prosecutor to recuse for possible conflict of interest for something back in the sixties. Meanwhile, the chief law enforcement officer in the country comes to the city and indirectly, in many ways, shows his own prejudice in the case.

As the chief law man, he doesn’t even mention the rights of the police officer involved, for whom he should have been a champion, at least until the full investigation is complete.  In a speech to the local people, he admits that he was stopped while in college and pulled from his car. He obviously carries a deep resentment yet for the incident. He is the man who is supposed to hold the scales of justice in his hands, but he has outwardly tipped the scales.

It is he who should recuse himself. It is typical of Holder and Obama, arrogant and assuming, that they, and only they, can see the real picture. This is the administration that made fun of Romney for being out of touch yet they see themselves somewhere back in the sixties. The world has changed much since then.
