Marty Jackley Should Set The Record Straight

This story isn’t going away…

It would be good to hear Jackley’s version.

Just a moment for a point of clarification:

The investigative reporter who is working on this story, Lee Stranahan, is not some unhinged lunatic on a mission to destroy someone.  He has  passion for truth.  Andrew Breitbart, who clearly established himself as a legitimate conservative icon, had a few things to say about Stranahan in 2012 at CPAC, which should easily clear up any questions about Stranahans credibility as an investigative journalist.

Over a month ago, Lee Stranahan requested an interview with AG Jackley.

No interview.

Here is the formal, recorded request that has gone unanswered as far as we know.

This is not a new reaction.  This video of Jackley appears to show an unwillingness to answer questions.  Does it seem unreasonable for him to grant a sit down interview with legitimate questions about this case?

There are many important issues to deal with in South Dakota.  Not so important, though, to ignore significant allegations of things like “cover up”, “obstruction of justice” and more.  It’s curious how the SD media is completely silent on something this serious when it is beginning to surface at a national level.

It’s time for Attorney General Jackley to answer questions and clear this up.

My family was destroyed by this man. My wife and I were charged with 30 felony counts of child abuse and subsequently arrested. He then destroyed us in the media with lies and false allegations, tore our seven children from their home, separated them and sent them to three different foster homes. Three months later, all charges are dropped, leaving our family emotionally and financially obliterated.
Signed, The Hiland family. Victims of Marty Jackley.

Please don’t forget about the wrongful death of my 17 year old boy Brady Folkens that was in state custody. No one told me he was ill for a long time!!! I find out when I go for a visit and he finally gets medical attention and passes on the same day, and know explanation as to why….. Please don’t forget!!!
