Jackley Charged With Serious Conflict Of Interest

In a press release issued today, a well know Christian activist charged Attorney General Marty Jackley with a “serious conflict of interest”.

In the nationwide press release, Dr. Peter Waldron outlined the evidence for his accusation of Jackley’s conflict of interest, regarding the prosecution of Annette Bosworth (an opponent of Mike Rounds in the US Senate race). You are probably aware that Jackley has charged Bosworth with 12 felonies for seemingly insignificant petitionbuying signature ‘violations’. Observers have long felt that the Bosworth case was more about “persecution” than “prosecution”. Until now, no one has publicly called for Jackley to recuse himself from this case and dismiss the charges against Bosworth.

Waldron makes reference to the well-known conflict of interest of George Stephanopoulos. His objectivity as a newscaster has been called into question because of his undisclosed support of the Clintons. How much more should we expect of the chief prosecutor, the Attorney General, of South Dakota. It would seem reasonable that the serious conflict of interest would have caused Jackley to recuse himself from the beginning. On the other hand, there isn’t much about the Bosworth prosecution that seems reasonable.

The evidence of Jackley’s conflict of interest seems clear:

  • Jackley was appointed by then Governor Mike Rounds to be the Attorney General

  • Jackley personally made political contributions to Mike Rounds

  • Jackley was personally active in fund raising for Mike Rounds

This presents an undeniable conflict of interest for the Attorney General. Prosecuting the highly visible opponent of Mike Rounds seems a little too cozy to pass the smell test. Shouldn’t the South Dakota Attorney General rise above even the APPEARANCE of a conflict of interest?

Waldron had this to say about this conflict of interest, “The Court should acknowledge Attorney General Marty Jackley’s conflict of interest, dismiss the charges against Dr. Bosworth, and assure the good and decent citizens of South Dakota that justice is alive and well in the South Dakota courts”.

Bosworth Case: Attorney General Marty Jackley’s Obvious Conflict of interest

Christian Activist Calls AG Jackley’s role in the Annette Bosworth Case a serious conflict of interest

SIOUX FALLS: … South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley’s role in the investigation and prosecution of South Dakota physician/missionary Dr. Annette Bosworth is fraught with conflicts of interest.

Attorney General Jackley was appointed by then-governor Mike Rounds. The AG donated funds to the 2014 Senate Campaign of Mike Rounds. AG Jackley had an active role in a 2014 fundraiser for Senate-candidate Mike Rounds. In spite of the obvious conflict, the Attorney General rushed forward with an investigation of a 2014 political opponent of Senate-candidate of Mike Rounds.

“Forget about an appearance of conflict, there is substantial evidence that Attorney General Marty Jackley has serious conflicts of interest,” said Peter Waldron with the No Compromise Group, an organization that is committed to honest, open, free, and fair elections. He should have publicly recused himself from any investigation and prosecution of Dr. Bosworth. Sadly, his involvement in her prosecution appears to the reasonable citizen to be more personal than official.”

A lot is currently written about ABC-TV personality George Stephanopoulos’ conflict of interest with the Clinton Foundation and concern for his objectivity in the upcoming 2016 Presidential Campaign. “We are talking about a TV host not a state attorney general,” Waldron explained, “Certainly much more caution must be taken in the official matters of state when it comes to the prosecution of a single citizen?”

“The Court should acknowledge Attorney General Marty Jackley’s conflict of interest, dismiss the charges against Dr. Bosworth, and assure the good and decent citizens of South Dakota that justice is alive and well in the South Dakota courts,” Waldron concluded.

    Hey, Gordon.
I’ve done a bit of study on Jackley back then and moreso, recently.
He was sworn in as AG by Mike Jackley, his dad, who died recently. Mike taught political science at Black Hills State and was a State Attorney himself, if I recall.
A Wikipedia entry reveals Rounds was involved in a bunch of secret societal stuff that I view as near-unprecedented.
I have always viewed orders such as Freemasonry to be, on the surface, very ‘active’ with community welfare, especially activities with children, yet nefarious in the upper ranks. It wouldn’t be difficult to show that Scottish Rite Freemasons as well as the CIA funded the MK Ultra program. Many victims are saying that program never ended, despite the Agency claiming it did, also saying that pedophilia was much of its function along with using it to blackmail politicians into complicity with deeper corruption. Posted on the FBI’s own website on Oct 26 were declassified docs showing a child abduction group called The Finders were merely a CIA front group. If you’re in South Dakota, that should scare anyone. You know about Jackley enabling pedophile Richard Mette, I’m sure.
People view S.D. child abuse narrowly. And the whole Epstein mess, too. There’s a perpetual international network of this stuff that’s existed for ages. The victim testimonies abound and counter intelligence hides it.
Rounds is an Elk and a Knight of Columbus as well as a member of the Exchange Club. The former 2 were founded on Freemasonry. The Exchange Club connects relationships between the various fraternal Orders.
***A few weeks ago, I discovered Marty’s dad, Mike, was a Knight of Columbus as well.***
(Now, let’s talk “conflict of interest”!)
One frightening factor is Marty’s having supported and lauded the SDCHIP program, which is a program coaxing parents to get their kids to register personal info to ‘volunteers’ who are apparently working with police, collecting such details as how children get to school, purporting it all for their ‘safety’ — IN CASE they end up ‘missing’.
After proof has been shown that The Finders op was an Agency thing active since at least the ‘80s, it seems clear SDCHIP is a database for abduction. I discovered the state program, run by Freemasons, has equivalents in many States, all of which are a part of the nationwide MASONICHIP system.
My interest isn’t to vilify a group or groups. It’s trends that concern me. Algorithms. Patterns.
Yes, seemingly, fraternal organisations, do plenty of charitable ‘service’. Who doesn’t appreciate the sound of that?
It’s not ultimately affiliation I’m worried about. In fact, the donation of a cheese chunk to the mouse (which cheese the rodent may’ve been able to nibble a bit of just prior to being crushed by the mouse trap) is technically a charitable act.
    Hope you’re doing well, Sir.

Figures, but I thought SD’s AG was an elected officer?

It is an elected position, but Jackley was appointed by Rounds to fill a vacancy

“They” are out to take away Dr. Bosworth’s license to practice medicine…and the election petition was their lame excuse for prosecuting this doctor…the attorney general’s office is being pushed to proceed by those who appointed him…since the attorney general’s office is the legal arm of the licensing board (SDBMOE), and since every member (including the physicians) of the SDBMOE is hand-picked by the governor, there is no limit to the conflicting relations between all the protagonists supporting the prosecution…the totalitarian mind-set of the prosecution has virtually silenced the supporters of Dr. Bostworth…
