The Pennington County Republican Party Central Committee met this evening at the Radisson Hotel in Rapid City to elect the slate officers for 2011. The Pennington County GOP is widely acknowledged as the powerhouse for the Republican Party in the State of South Dakota due to their strong performance, with the help of the tea parties, in the 2010 election.

Chairwoman: Debra D. Watson
Vice Chairman: Craig Ericks
Secretary: Lyndsay Smith
Treasurer: Ben Folsland
State Committeewoman: Sandye Kading
State Committeeman: Ben Treadwell
