EB 5
There isn’t much news about the EB 5 scandal. Have you forgotten? Will we ever know what REALLY happened? Will we ever know where all the money went?
It was such a stinking mess that the Federal government revoked South Dakota’s EB 5 authority.
In April of 2016, Joop Bolen was arrested on several felony counts.
For a quick review of SOME of the EB 5 problems, take a look at the article published in late 2015, “South Dakota needs EB 5 investigation”.
For now, this seems to be a forgotten scandal. It would be very interesting to see someone fund an investigation that shows were every dollar of EB 5 money went (and who got it).
For now, it remains a mystery.

You know it is even the EB 5 itself that is troubling. It was said this was to bring business in, well yes and no. It was a banking scandal to purposely foreclose on the americans property and resale this to wealthy foreigners offering citizenship. I have seen and translated the foreign advertisements saying in South Dakota you can own property and citizenship for x amount. I am not so sure it was more about that then bringing in jobs. As you know in order to make those emergency Bills under the Emergency war act we the taxpaying salary paying retirement severance paying americans are paid in return as the declared enemy of the “state”. Why do we put up with this? We vote to end corruption and our employees reverse the order. Funny what gives the state power to offer US citizenship? None its treason.
