Our Most Important Elections

It seems every four years we hear “this is our most important election.” But after over 40 years of voting I can say without risk of hyperbole that these 50 state elections for President of the United States are our most important elections.

It’s hard for me to believe that we are at a place in our nation where about half the voting population will vote for a repeat performance for Barack Obama after a failed four years of economic promises, multiple Executive Orders in violation of the Constitution, massive debt, a failed foreign policy, and a cover-up of massive proportions that dwarfs Watergate.

But consider this fact. There are millions of people who want to give Obama four more years. The United States of America is staring into the abyss not so much because of Obama, but because of the people who elected him and who are willing to re-elect him.

Obama was elected by a population that has been brainwashed into believing that it is moral and just to steal from some people so other people can prosper.

If we continue in this direction, the givers will be as bad off as the takers.

These are our most important elections.
