Bosworth Convicted, Was Justice Served?

I don’t think so.bosworth 2

Annette Bosworth was found guilty on all twelve felony counts by a jury of her peers.  It seemed to some onlookers that they had little other choice.  They were not given the option of deciding whether the punishment fits the crime.  They could only say “guilty” or “not guilty”.

So why do I suggest that this is an injustice?

The charges simply don’t fit the crime.  There is no way her “crimes” should merit 12 felony charges.  It should have been charged as a misdemeanor case with a reasonable fine and punishment.

The depth of punishment will be determined in July.  We can only hope that the Judge brings some measure of equity to the sentencing.

In the meantime, please join me in praying for the Bosworth family.

Joel Arends set Annette up, and then Jackley gives him immunity from felony charges because Arends contributed to Jackley.

Jackley could have 3,000 “Mickey Mouse” signatures and no one would do anything about it.

I am so sad about the outcome of something that should have been a slap on the wrist has turned into the most shameful act of injustice. We are all humans that make mistakes. The which hunt that Jackley spearheaded is so wrong on so many levels it is sickenening.

We need to start a coalition now to have an army of people pore over Jackley’s petitions when he runs for Governor….
