Are more felony charges pending?

A formal complaint has now been filed with the South Dakota Secretary of State against Rep. Steve Hickey for alleged violations on his petitions… The same EXACT charges Hickey levied against Annette Bosworth.

You certainly know by now that the Bosworth charges resulted in 12 felony convictions.  Will similar charges and consequences now be pursued by the Attorney General?

The story about Hickey’s petitions, which surfaced recently has people asking if Marty Jackley will pursue him (Hickey) with the same vengeance and vigor as with Bosworth.

Will the Director and assistant Director of DCI team up with other law enforcement officials to tag-team and intimidate the Hickey petition signers (as they did Bosworth supporters)?

Is the heavy hand of the law even-handed in the hands of Jackley?
