Different rules being used to take Bosworth’s license to practice medicine.

Does anyone care about the double standard of “justice” being used to persecute this woman?

The South Dakota Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners is in the process of taking Bosworth’s license because she is a convicted felon.  In case you have forgotten, her “criminal, felony behavior” is signing as circulator on a political petition when she did not personally witness several of the signatures.

The SDBMOE seems intent on taking her license because of her felony status.  How can they justify this kind of action against Bosworth when they allowed another doctor to keep his license with MANY serious felony convictions?

The double standard is unbelievable.

Attorney General Marty Jackley prosecuted Bosworth with 12 felony charges for petition violations, while refusing to pursue others, such as Steve Hickey for the same violations.  One might ask, “why???”

Now the SDBMOE is taking her license because she is a “felon”, even though they refused to take the license of another doctor who was convicted of multiple, serious felony charges.

Is this how justice is dispensed in South Dakota?  Apparently.  Why is Bosworth such a threat to the establishment?  What compels Jackley and the SDBMOE to apply the rules differently to Bosworth?

South Dakota deserves better.  So does Dr. Bozworth.

This misappropriation of justice is shameful.
