Christians Could Win

If ever America needed a God-fearing President, it surely is now.

Unlike many times, a strong, committed Christian could actually lead the charge to victory.

Ted Cruz might not be universally loved (certainly not by establishment Republican leaders), but he does have the respect of many others.  Cruz is emerging as a genuine contender for the nomination.  He has surged to a virtual tie with Trump in Iowa, and is well positioned to capitalize on that momentum in the states that follow. If the Cruz surge continues to Super Tuesday (and it looks like he will), he will be playing to a friendly audience of Evangelical voters.  That could virtually cinch the deal for him.

Unlike others in Republican primary history who have won in Iowa, Cruz already has three significant essentials: Momentum, money and organization.  His momentum has been steadily growing.  It is not just a flash in the pan.  Even adversarial journalists are lamenting his rise in the polls.  He has been an effective fund raiser.  Rivaled only by Bush, Cruz has a healthy mix of large and small donors that have given him an impressive war chest which will allow him to compete in the long race to the nomination.  He has prepared for the marathon by putting together a powerful grassroots organization which will take him into the home stretch.

Cruz has one other thing that voters are looking for.  He is a man of faith.  His credentials as a Christian are widely known and accepted.

All of that strikes fear in the hearts of both the Republican establishment and the faithless liberal left.  With good reason.  Cruz would be a leader that would point America back to her Christian roots.  And he is positioned to win.

Get used to it!
