Longhorn Cattle Gaining In Popularity

That’s no surprise to Longhorn breeders.

Top Hand4There are LOTS of incredible Longhorns across the country… and around the world.  The reason more people are joining the party is pretty simple… They are beefier, more beautifully colored, better dispositioned  with more horn than ever before.

Our Herd Bull, Top Hand is a real show stopper.  NO ONE drives by who doesn’t slow down for a better look!  You can see him and other great bulls on our website.

He brings the genetics of two legendary bulls, Top Caliber (87″ T2T) and WS Jamakizm (83″ T2T) to our herd.  He would be in the mid to upper 80’s T2T had he not tipped both his horns early in life.  His T2T measurement on 5-25-16 was 72 1/2″.  Estimates are that he lost between 12-14″ of horn so you can do the math.  He is still a youngster, so he will just keep getting better (DOB 4-15-11).  For color, conformation, horn and disposition… he is a game changer and one of the most impressive bulls in the breed.  Semen is available.  The Proof is in the Progeny… See more of his offspring at Dickinson Cattle Co

For the first time EVER…

There will be a Longhorn Show at the Central States Fair in Rapid City, South Dakota.  The Central States World Qualifying Show will be held on August 21st.  Mark it on your calendar!  It’s a must see!

Oh, did I mention that we have Longhorn Cattle for sale?
