“We’ll Fix Obamacare in 2020”

Does America really want to wait until then?

I don’t think so.

Republicans promised to REPEAL Obamacare, and replace it with a “better” plan.  The plan before Congress now doesn’t kick in for three years.  “It’s better than the status quo”, according to Paul Ryan.

Premiums are still projected to INCREASE for the next two years.

I’ll confess I don’t know all the details of this proposal.  I understand that the process of passing something is a challenging job.  What I don’t understand is why Republicans in Congress are so conflicted.  Why don’t they simply pass the bill the House passed just months ago, which repeals Obamacare?  Then they would be free to go to work, one topic at a time, to pass legislation that is good for America.

It doesn’t seem that difficult.  I obviously don’t understand this.  Fortunately, Senate and House Republican leaders obviously do.  Maybe they will get something done.

I don’t feel much better about it yet.

When you say “Fortunately, Senate and House Republican leaders obviously do.” I hope that was tongue-in-cheek…you KNOW they have no clue what is going on with ObamaCare nor do they have any idea how to fix it.
