Donald Trump?
Hardly.
Just ask any Leftist or establishment Republican. They have a list. Some actually contain deficiencies, character flaws and behavior that are factually accurate. Many are not. Regardless, most people… even Trump supporters will readily agree that he is far from perfect.
But then, can you name a President who has been?
Probably not. If you can, you are delusional.
So, really, what is all the fuss about the Trump shortcomings? Every President has had them. Obama lost his license to practice law, and lied to the American people about Obamacare. Ronald Reagan was divorced and failed to do anything about securing the American border, even though he spoke forcefully about it. Bill Clinton… well, need I say more? John F. Kennedy was well known for his sexual infidelity to Jackie. Pick your favorite. If you do an honest appraisal, you have to admit they have all been very human and imperfect.
The real problem anti-Trumpers have is not with his failures. It is with his effectiveness. Since he announced for President, he has dominated nearly every daily news cycle. His tweets continue to stir the pot and enrage those who hate him. Even some of his supporters have pause about his twitter contributions. Trump, the President, is getting some significant things done. Many of the things he is accomplishing are things that enrage the Leftists and threaten establishment Republicans. In spite of the unleashed furry, under reporting, misreporting and attempts to undermine him, Trump just keeps on ‘winning’. THAT… drives them crazy.
It also makes him the most entertaining President in my lifetime.
