On Wednesday, November 10th, the School of Mines will present a Veterans Recognition Day Open House Salute in the Surbeck Ballroom
from 11:25 to 1:30. Robert A. Wharton, Ph.D., President of South Dakota School of Mines and Technology will dedicate the Mines War Memorial Plaque. Veterans from all wars will speak, including Mines professor LTC Rod Rice (USAF retired from the Air Force Academy).
