The American people are on sensory overload. Since Fast and Furious in October 2009; we have been bombarded with one scandal after another from this administration, culminating in the most recent IRS scandal. I believe it is important to investigate this, to follow the paper trail. Was there a written directive from Washington? Did this written directive involve the White House? Just how far up the “food chain,” does this go and who is involved? It is of vital importance to investigate this. Could this be the work of a political operative, it is possible given the criteria involved targeting the Tea Party, conservatives and individuals who criticized the President and or this administration. Could there be a crossover between civil servant and a political operative? These are legitimate questions which need to be answered. This should stretch across political lines whether you are conservative, liberal, libertarian, or independent you should not fear that your government will use bully tactics or force against you, simply because you disagree with your government politically!
I have noticed a common thread running through every one of these scandals which I find to be very telling indeed about the character and moral integrity of both this administration and each individual involved. In Benghazi, no one was held accountable; for 6 months Ambassador Stevens begged for more security, and for 6 months he was denied that security by Hillary Clinton. When she was questioned about this, her response was, “I know nothing about this.” This woman was in charge of the State Department, and she knew nothing about any of this, really!? When questioned about Fast and Furious, Benghazi, and the IRS scandals, President Obama’s response is the same, “I know nothing.” He is the head of the free world in charge of the United States of America and he knows nothing about anything that is happening!? Attorney General Eric Holder possesses the same attitude. He’s in charge of the Department of Justice, but he’s pretty sure he recused himself from any of the decisions that involved his department, and he was not involved. So here are all of these individuals, the head of the State Department, Hillary Clinton, the Attorney General of the Department of Justice, Eric Holder and the President of the United States, Barrack Obama and not one of them has a clue what in the hell is going on in their departments or in the whole bloody country! You have got to be kidding me, really? Rand Raul summed it up very well when he said, “Well we have sort of Old McDonald Farm of Scandals, here a scandal, there a scandal everywhere a scandal.”
No one wants to take responsibility in this administration and when they say that someone was reassigned or fired, due to said scandal, we find out later that, that individual still holds their position. People no longer trust their government and rightly so. How can one trust a government who targets individuals, groups and business that do not agree with their government or their President? How can you trust a government that rewards corruption, dishonesty, fraud, deception and treachery while it penalizes honesty, morality, decency, trustworthiness and ethics? It was Thomas Jefferson who stated; “When once a republic is corrupted, there is no possibility of remedying any of the growing evils but by removing the corruption and restoring it’s lost principles; every other correction is either useless or a new evil.” Is it not time to remove this corruption and restore our lost principles? Or do we risk losing our freedom of speech and like dumb silent sheep be led to the slaughter?
