Democrat Crocodile Tears for the GOP Establishment

Todd Cefaratti at Tea Party News Network has an article cataloging some of the caterwauling from the Democrats over RINO U.S. House Majority Leader Eric Cantor’s recent trouncing in Virginia by Tea Party backed David Brat.

He quotes some Democrat figures like Donna Brazile and DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman-Schultz who are all broke up over the pain felt by the gutless GOP establishment.

Uh huh.

That’s what they want us to believe: that, darn it, they were really plugging and hoping that the Republican Party could be strong and viable, but now these radicals (who actually believe Republicans ought to pursue Republican goals) have hijacked the party. Heaven forbid, they might even push their fellow Republicans to (gasp) behave like Republicans!

Or as Cefaratti put it:

Why are Democrats so upset about this Tea Party victory? While they pretend to care about Republican politics, the truth is very simple: they would much rather deal with a spineless, establishment RINO that will cave to their demands than a principled Tea Partier.

Exactly. Democrats aren’t lamenting a strong party having grown weaker; rather, they are lamenting a weak party having grown stronger.

Does anyone in their right mind really believe the Democrats (that includes the “mainstream” media as well as the fully out-of-the-closet Democrats) are interested in the welfare and success of the Republican Party?

To hear them (and their “useful idiots” among the RINOs) tell it, oh, they’re weeping over the thought that the GOP might be suffering misfortune.

Rational, thinking people, however, realize they lament the passing of a weak, sycophantic, appeasing, gutless party that will actually do the Democrats’ work for them (i.e. fight conservative legislation and advance liberal legislation.

Republicans: let’s stop listening to the BS being peddled by our enemies. Only a complete, suicidal idiot listens to the advice of his enemy. Liberals are drawn to evil like a moth to the flame, and they lie like their father. If a liberal tries to “give you some helpful advice,” do the precise opposite and it is virtually certain that you will do the right thing. Liberals aren’t interested in the success of the conservative thing, the Republican thing, the right thing.

So to put it simply, if you find that liberals are counseling that Republicans need to move Left, that Republicans need to compromise, that Republicans need to resist “extremists” (i.e. conservatives) in their party, that Republicans need to “reach out” to liberal interest groups and demographics…if you want to do the right thing, do precisely the opposite.

Do you think General Eisenhower or General Patton should have listened to the advice of Joseph Goebbels or Erwin Rommel?  Then why, if you call yourself a Republican, are you listening to the advice of liberals?  Don’t be an idiot.

By the way, Tea Party News Network has a poll which was opened up just a few minutes ago. So far, 95% of respondents don’t think the GOP (leadership) stands up for the values of the party.  Looks like somebody’s paying attention.
