Washignton DC is abuzz with important people and activities.
Those in DC this week looks like a “who’s who” in politics today. Headlines are sure to be made, but none may catch the attention of South Dakota more than this FRONT PAGE story on Breitbart News, with the headline that includes this…
“South Dakota Rape Scandal Exposes Alleged Criminal Wrongdoing by Attorney General Marty Jackley”
Jackley, has puzzled many by his relentless legal pursuit of Annette Bosworth with multiple felony charges for allegedly failing to properly “witness” 37 signatures on her Senate petitions.
One of the significant allegations against JACKLEY in the Breitbart article:
Victim’s Advocates Are Arrested & Hounded By South Dakota
Schwab and Taliaferro were arrested and charged with witness tampering and subornation of perjury. They faced forty years in prison. When the trial eventually happened, the state’s case against Taliaferro & Schwab was so weak that the Judge took the almost unheard of step of stopping the trial halfway through after the prosecution rested. Two charges had been dismissed by the state, and the Judge threw out the rest.
That didn’t end the nightmare for Schwab and Taliaferro, however, who had lost their livelihoods and racked up hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal bills. Taliaferro was unable to get the dismissed charges expunged from his record because South Dakota law requires consent of the prosecutor.
Other allegations include OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE by Jackley.
Jackley is the President-Elect of the National Association of Attorneys General, who begin their Winter Meeting on Monday.
To be clear, we are not making any accusations… just sharing news information, BUT, guilty or not guilty, it seems that Jackley will have to respond in some way as these allegations have now hit headlines on a national news source.
This may be an interesting week.

Marty would better have the name Jackwagon, an old reference to a useless military screwup.
Our prayers are with Dr.Annette, and the good that she does.
Jackley is the epitome of a crooked politician. Of course he is a lawyer and most lawyers are crooked.

As a Haitian who worked with Dr Bosworth,I have witness first hand her love for people, how many times have Marty sacrifice his resources to help other people like Bosworth do? Marty should be the one persecuted- not her.
This guy destroyed our family with 30 felony counts of Child abuse, had us put in jail, and took all seven of our children. One boy and six girls. Then lied about us in the media, then three months later, drops all charges and leaves our family emotionally and financially obliterated. This man is as corrupt as they come!!!
Ever see a huge puss-filled boil just start to open? One is usually amazed at what all that follows once the first bit of pressure is applied (my RN visual for this story). I bet there is more ugliness to come…people have told me too many things for me to believe otherwise.

MAN does not always see the light until it is too late, hopefully and prayerfully /God will make this whole situation right. One of the most saddest victims in this whole mess is the little girl that suffered at the hands of an evil and ignorant system of no one taking a stand for her. She suffered at the hands of someone that was a foster father, he should have been protecting her, I pray that God will show him no mercy for what he has done and the wife for letting it continue. As for the Bosworth case, I pray that man will not get in the way of law and that this can end quickly, it has drug on for too long. This lady is a doctor that helps people. She is trusted by many patients how many people trust Jackley?
