The evidence is too strong to ignore.

 

The Scripture is very clear that God, in the form of the Holy Spirit, came to earth to empower believers.  Jesus said, “You shall receive power after the Holy Spirit has come upon you”.   The day of Pentecost ushered in the reign of the Holy Spirit in the lives of every believer.  He wasn’t sent for an EVENT.  He was sent to everyone who will receive Him, for as long as the earth continues to spin.

The Holy Spirit also directs us into TRUTH.  It is no wonder the world has gone so far astray.  They have rejected the influence of the Holy Spirit, who would guide them away from deception and lead them in truth and righteousness.

The evidence does not end when you have finished reading the Bible.  The Holy Spirit continues to empower, lead and direct believers today.  Sometimes the evidence is found deep in the heart and soul of the believer.  Other times include very visible evidence such as people being raised from the dead, healed and delivered from demons.

Additionally, there is the evidence of being baptized in the Spirit, followed by speaking in other tongues.
