Adding one TRILLION dollars to the national debt this year.

Republicans control both Houses of Congress, but can’t-won’t-don’t control the spiraling national debt.

Every second they don’t deal with the problem we add about $31,500.00.  That is about $2.7 million dollars per day… one TRILLION dollars this year.

There isn’t much news about the out of control spending.  Granted, there is other news and serious national challenges.  But really, doesn’t a national debt of $20 TRILLION dollars by year’s end deserve some attention?

Shouldn’t Congress be taking steps to END the over-spending?

The US Debt Clock should be posted on the floor of the US House and Senate.  Every Representative and Senator should be required to file a week-end report stating what they have done to reduce and eliminate our national debt.

Don’t expect that any time soon.
