The FBI is not above the law.
Of late, they have been acting like it. Congressman Chaffetz, Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee had enough of the FBI’s lack of cooperation.
The political practice of stonewalling and delaying didn’t set well with Chaffetz. Good for him! The FBI will now have to provide documents to Congress or appear before a Federal Judge to argue why they should not comply.
It’s encouraging to see a Congressman with some spine.

Republican showing they have a spine. I see signs of a 2016 Omnibus Spending bill. Please tell me I am wrong. The 2014 Omnibus Spending bill and the 2015 Omnibus Spending or Budget bill fully funded the Obama agenda.
Absolutely beautiful! I watch this video over and over. Chaffetz is an American hero! We need MORE like him. Trey Gowdy and him make an awesome tag team. The “institutional” Washington is crapping in their pants. Go Jason, go Trey!
