The FBI is not above the law.

Of late, they have been acting like it.  Congressman Chaffetz, Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee had enough of the FBI’s lack of cooperation.

The political practice of stonewalling and delaying didn’t set well with Chaffetz.  Good for him!  The FBI will now have to provide documents to Congress or appear before a Federal Judge to argue why they should not comply.

It’s encouraging to see a Congressman with some spine.
