A factual examination would reach one of two conclusions.

Judicial Watch submitted 25 questions to Hillary Clinton.  Under order of the court, Clinton was required to give written answers, under oath.  20 of her responses were, “I don’t recall”.  That would lead a reasonable person to conclude that there are two possibilities here.

Possibility number one:

Hillary Clinton suffers from Alzheimer’s disease..

Alzheimer’s is a type of dementia that causes problems with memory, thinking and behavior. Symptoms usually develop slowly and get worse over time, becoming severe enough to interfere with daily tasks.

Possibility number two:

Hillary Clinton is lying under oath.

Saying she does not recall, in response to 20 out of 25 questions is simply not credible if Clinton is of sound mind.  In this scenario, she is not telling the truth.

One possibility would produce a compassionate and prayerful response from the American people.  The other possibility should result in criminal prosecution.

In either event, she should not be President.
