Sailor Gets Prison For Classified Photos

Six pictures with his cell phone got this sailor a year in Federal prison.

aKristian Saucier learned the hard way just how serious national security is.  The Judge didn’t give him any leniency when it came to sentencing.

Saucier was charged with one felony count of retaining national defense information without authorization and another count of obstruction of justice.  In a plea bargain he was convicted of retaining classified information and the obstruction of justice charge was dismissed.  Saucier admitted destroying a laptop, memory card and camera after he was confronted by investigators.  He was sentenced to one year in prison and six months of home confinement.

The cell phone photos from the submarine on which he served were taken innocently enough.  Still, Saucier acknowledges his mishandled classified information and accepts the consequences.

So, how does this prosecution square with the way Hillary Clinton has been treated?

It should be painfully obvious to anyone that Clinton breaches of national security areImage result for sailor sentenced to one year for classified photos much more serious than that of this sailor.  Now, with the re-opening of the criminal investigation of Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of national security information, we will see if justice is really blind.

This sailor is in prison.

Shouldn’t Clinton be as accountable as a low level sailor?
