South Dakota’s Attorney General has ordered officials to issue marriage licenses to same sex couples.  In this MSNBC interview, Jackley explains his position.

 

So, is Jackley “having it both ways”… claiming to support traditional marriage while ordering SD officials to issue gay marriage licenses? OR, is he “doing the right thing”?

Are we a nation of laws or a moral nation?  Is there a time to say no to an immoral, activist Supreme Court?  If so, when?

Jackley is running for Governor of South Dakota, so you will get to be the judge at the voting booth.

Is he “with us” or “against us”?
