Current Ward 2 Alderman Sam Kooiker announced that he is running for Mayor of Rapid City.
His honesty, integrity and solid conservative values will serve Rapid City well as mayor.
I personally am elated that Sam has decided to run. Rapid City needs Sam Kooiker as its next mayor!!!
