Separating illegal immigrants from their children…

Is it immoral?

Proponents and opponents are using the Bible to justify their positions.  These innocent children are being used as political pawns… but not just by Leftists and Conservatives.  The illegal immigrants themselves are “using” the children, in many cases.  They come with children, believing that they will get preferential treatment because the kids are with them.  Thugs, smugglers and other illegal profiteers find the children convenient tools as well.  Perhaps we should talk about the immorality of those practices.

Personally, I find the whole discussion little more than political rhetoric.

If morality were REALLY the issue, these political factions would come together and end the killing of 3,000 unborn children EVERY DAY in America.  That, my friends, is immoral.  Those who are enraged by the detention and separation of the children of illegal immigrants turn a blind eye to the brutal dismembering and killing of these thousands of children who are aborted every day.  Please explain your selective morality to me.

In my view, the partisan rhetoric is a foundation for immorality.
