Hardly!

Many who don’t have a personal relationship with Jesus, and/or twist Scripture have suggested that it is somehow “un-Christian” to stop the invasion at our southern border.  A closer look at Scripture might be helpful.

1 Timothy 5:8, NIV: “Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.”

Providing for your own household (or countrymen) demands that security and protection are part of that provision.  “Using Jesus” by maligning Scripture is a frequent tactic of Leftists who do not accept or understand the reality of the Savior or His Divine Doctrines.  Some who may have a clue about the real message of the Gospel, but still reject it, have no problem twisting it to defame true believers.

President Trump has taken a clear and firm position on this attempted invasion.  “Lots of criminals.  We will stop and detain.”  In a nutshell, that is the policy.

The leader of Human Rights First had plenty of negative things to say, including  that Trump  ” creates confusion and undermines morale that may very well lead to violence,”   He went on to say, “Americans should be thankful that those currently serving (in the military) are likely to exhibit more judgment than their commander in chief.”  If that weren’t enough…”creating a hostile environment that could lead to deadly confrontations.”  This narrative fits well in the Leftist media.

At the end of the day, a Christian Nation has the right of self defense.  It is not only a Christian principle, but the only way a Nation can survive.  One could use the example of the Holocaust to demonstrate what happens when there is no resistance to evil.  It isn’t a pretty picture.

It might be worth reminding Leftists that even Heaven has gates.  Not everyone gets in.

Thank God for a President who is willing to protect America!
