Feb. 4th, 2020 is the date scheduled for hearing on this Bill.
“Red Flag” is the politically correct term used for this kind of gun confiscation. These laws allow for law enforcement to confiscate guns and ammo from people “determined to be a risk” to society.
It reminds me of a quote about voting, “It doesn’t matter who gets the most votes. It matters who COUNTS the votes”.
These gun laws purported to “protect” society actually take away 2nd Amendment Rights at the direction of a person who “determines” you to be a risk. That is a door big enough to drive a truck through!

Everyone I have spoken to about this legislation is in disbelief that a gun confiscation Bill in South Dakota has even been proposed. Trust me, it has… and it’s getting it’s first hearing on February 4th.
