The high profile trial of Kyle Rittenhouse demonstrates a serious need.
Prosecuting attorneys have clearly overreached in their efforts to destroy this young man. One of the many problems with our system is that there isn’t much consequence when unscrupulous and politically motivated prosecuting attorneys attempt to destroy someone by using the legal system.
I would like to see these prosecuting attorneys be subject to a percentage of the penalty they wish to impose on their victim, when they are unsuccessful in their attempts.
Send THEM to prison!
