A federal judge has stated that states “have most definitely stated a plausible claim” that the Federal government has violated state sovereignty. Further, the judge says the Obama Care order will “run budgets (state budgets) off a cliff”.
Some were unable to contain their giddiness at the judge’s assertion that Obama attorneys were making “Alice in Wonderland” arguments in defense of an indefensible federal mandate. Judge Roger Vinson said that the federal government has absolutely no constitutional authority to require people to purchase health insurance.
Doesn’t it just make you, well……….hopeful for our country!!?
