When will it end?

Chad Haber, husband of Annette Bosworth has now been indicted on felony charges for petition violations.

It continues to amaze many that Attorney General Jackley is relentlessly pursuing Bosworth… now her husband, while seeming to neglect formal complaints against others for the same violations of petition law.

Why is Bosworth such a threat to society, in the eyes of the Attorney General?

You may recall that Bozworth challenged establishment candidate and former Governor Rounds for US Senate.  Haber also challenged Jackley for Attorney General.

Now that Jackley has successfully prosecuted Bosworth for 12 felonies over petition violations, his new target is Haber.  One might wonder if Jackley views this husband and wife as a modern-day Bonnie and Clyde.  He certainly has come after them with both guns blazing.

It is curious that the Attorney General is so quiet about the formal complaints regarding petition violations when they don’t include Bosworth/Haber.

What appears to be selective enforcement and significant prosecutorial overreach leaves many people questioning the real motives behind this relentless pursuit.

Did Bosworth really deserve 12 felony convictions for petition violations?  Should her license to practice medicine be taken for petition violations?  Should her husband now be prosecuted on felony charges for petition violations?

Most people I talk to don’t thinks so.
