Political “Gotcha” was on display during the debate.
It was disappointing to see the obvious attempts of the Fox News anchors “setting up” conflict between candidates.
I watched the debate(s). Some of the candidates had good lines. Some of them articulated their positions clearly on some issues.
What I didn’t like was the conduct of the moderators. Did you (as did I) wonder why Fox News took the opportunity to instigate conflict? I saw it in some previous debates, but somehow thought these anchors might take things to a higher level. I was mistaken.
Fortunately, the candidates did provide some substance in their responses. Unfortunately, the media has borrowed a line from our government…
“I’m from the media and I’m here to help you.”

Too bad they didn’t learn from past debates, this is NOT what viewers and voters want to hear! Our nation is in the fight of its life and to misuse debate time by infantile baiting techniques insults the intelligence of every viewer. Shame on them. We need UNITY. We need to get rid of the creeps in power now. We need to protect & preserve America. What Dox did was beneath their journalistic abilities.
