2019 is the year of the Longhorns!

During the Central States Fair, in Rapid City, South Dakota, Texas Longhorn breeders will be measuring, showing and selling beautiful longhorn cattle.

Today’s Longhorn cattle aren’t JUST beautiful, with big horns… they carry lot’s of nutritious red beef on their strong frames.  Many Longhorn breeders are producing cattle that tip the scales comparably to familiar breeds like angus and hereford cattle.

Many people love to have a few just for pets and pasture decoration.  That’s not a bad idea.  They stop traffic and cameras begin clicking. 

Others are discovering what Longhorn producers already know… Longhorn beef is amazingly great table fare.  In a recent taste test by the chef and staff of a high-end restaurant, our Longhorn beef was unanimously chosen as the favorite!  Additionally, nutritional studies have shown Longhorn beef to be superior.

In August of 2019, you will have the opportunity to examine Longhorns for yourself!  I guarantee you will fall in love with these amazing animals.  You will also be able to connect with breeders who offer lean, grass fed Longhorn beef for sale.  Once you try it, you will be coming back for more.
