STAND UP FOR GOD

My dear fellow citizens of South Dakota and surrounding neighbors in the old West Region,

Have we forgotten how fleeting freedoms is? Freedom has been the very core desire of every member of every fighting force the United States of America has ever had and yet it is to preserve our God in Heaven given freedoms and to establish those same attributes of freedoms to all those around the world. Not to conquer lands and people, but to set people free to establish free representative republics, like our own U.S.A., to be a blessing to their own peoples.

If you seek to control people and their thoughts and endeavors—you are the ones who seek to dictate over and destroy freedom.

If you believe, as our Founding Fathers believed that a Federal Government has to be limited in its powers and has to be controlled by the people, then you may have a grasp of understanding why those Founding Fathers that had Faith in God in Heaven and Christ Jesus left all they had at the feet of Lord Jesus, at the right hand of the throne of God in prayer.

Today those who are against this belief write perversions of history to make these God in Heaven fearing men out to be deists or atheists which unless you are blind to their own writings and prayers, you cannot deny that these Founding Fathers truly were all Godly men, seeking God in Heaven and the Lord Jesus’ guidance in building this Christian nation, this U.S.A. on the absolutes of God’s holy words—the Bible.

So, are you a Christian? Do you call yourself a Christian? Or do you only respond to being a Christian in certain social groups?

Freedom, as our Founding Fathers knew as true fact, only comes from God Almighty in Heaven!

Will we lose our freedom on our watch? If you will not stand up and do all you can to stand and be found standing for God in Heaven and Master Lord Jesus, God’s only begotten Son, we will lose all our freedom.

So do something! Quit just “going” to Church and start being the part of the church that is the doer—the doer of God’s holy word glorifying God thru Our Lord Jesus by doing whatever is necessary to keep our God in Heaven’s blessed freedoms!

How does a nation lose their liberty, the producer of freedom? By losing God in Heaven’s blessings that have been placed upon this U.S.A., that were given to this nation at the first settlement.

For 65 years, since WWII we have systematically allowed entities like the ACLU (who are paid with our tax money) to take us to court and take away our freedoms by taking God out of our lives and therefore losing our liberty in Jesus.

If you call yourself a Christian, then act like one. Be a doer of God’s holy word and make a difference for God and Lord Jesus in this country! Get out of the pew that you are glued to and take a stand for God and Jesus.

    Exactly Ed. “Creator.” That’s it. No”God” or Jesus, or anything close to the religious dogma used by fudamentalists when they are trying to inject both into our goverment. As you are well aware, the Supreme Court and the majority of the American people, our Judges and our politicians agree with me, or should I say the Constitution and Declaration.

    Fundamentalists think because they state they are standing up for God they really are. That’s laughable really, as if God needs help from mortals like you and I. Hah! Fundamantalist are merely pushing their personal political agendas. God doesn’t have or need a political agenda.

    You most certainly do want state sanctioned religious establishments. You want to have abortion declared “murder” by state law becaue of your religious convictions, and God knows what else. You are incapable of separating your personal religious calling from those of others, and our goverment. You want religion to dominate every facet of your life, and mine too if you only had the political power to do so. You think only you follow God’s true word. And you’d probably like to teach creationism in public schools, and mandate Christian prayers before school every morning. I’m not afraid of the fundementalist agenda, I just know it goes against everything our Founder’s intended when they created this great nation of ours, and it’s my duty as a patriot to defend their ideals.

          I hope youi’re out thumping your Bible Ed, rallying the troops for a last minute charge to do Gods work! Medical marijuana passes, and Herseth wins a squeaker, that’s my prediction. I could be wrong, but there just aren’t enough fundementalist extremists to do “God’s work” in S.D. “God’s work” will be done by mainstream South Dakota, as it usually is.

            Exactly right! You worship as you see fit, and I’ll do the same. Now if God can just get you to refrain from thinking your way of worshiping is the only way. I suspect He will someday.

            I suspect nothing of the sort. I know that I am redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ and have accepted Him into my life and will therefore have everlasting life with Him.

        Where in the world did you get the notion you have to tell me “I’m not God.?” All this because my faith differs from yours? You should remain true to your faith, as opposed to trying to invalidate mine. God won’t allow you to do that.

            But you don’t follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. He was not a fundementalist, and your actions and words are in obvious conflict with His teachings.     I don’t believe a word of this. No one is trying to take religion out of anyone’s personal life. Our Founding Fathers wrote both the Constitution and Declaration as secular documents. And they intended our government to be free of religious doctrine and direct influence. But they did design our nation to provide the freedom for all to worship as they see fit in their respective churches. Thank God for the Establishment Clause. It keeps us all free from the religious views of those who want state sanctioned religious establishments.

      May I send you a copy of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution? Let’s just cite this:

      We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

      Vaguely familiar?

      And quit the fear-mongering. No one wants “state sanctioned religious establishments.” We don’t want government meddling and control of religion. We the people don’t want the government to exclude God from our country. We do want Godly principles in our government.

        “We the people” out-number fundementalists by an incredible number, millions and millions. “We the People” are the ones who put the people in power there in the first place, including our Supreme Court. And “We the People” will continue to politically dominate “you the minority.” You are and always have been to worship as you se fit in your church, without any interference from our government at all. Just like the Founder’s intended. Stop twisting the words of our Constitution as you try to bring religion into government.

            Good Lord Ed! It’s a good thing you weren’t around during both of the World Wars, or the Great Depression. If you think things are bad now! This great nation has faced many steeper challenges in the past, and we’ve always emerged victoriously. We will again, despite the fear based premise of your fundementalist agenda.

            Your following the word of man! You listen to men preach, write and speak of fundementalist agendas. There is no mention of the agenda you follow in any scripture. How does God Himself speak to you?
